Dream up a dragon and bag yourself a book!

Love Robin Hobb? Been slavishly following The Rain Wild Chronicles? If you just can’t wait to delve back into Kelsingra, City of Dragons on April 23rd, then we’ve got awesome news for you. We here at Voyager have got our grubby mitts on exclusive hardback copies of City of Dragons– and even better, they’re signed! So what do you have to do to bag yourself a copy?

It’s easy. We want you to send us a dragon. We don’t care what colour, size or form it takes – drawings, paintings, Lego dragons, toothpick sculptures - if what you send us vaguely resembles a dragon, we’ll accept it. Nothing live though -pet lizards with paper wings glued on are cheating (and cruel). The most impressive and creative entrees will win their creators a signed copy of the book. If you don’t win, please know that your dragon will still have a place on our desks.

Post your creations to City of Dragons Competition HarperVoyager, 77-85 Fulham Palace Road, Hammersmith, London, W6 8JB. The deadline is 20th April 2012 so stop reading and go get drawing, sculpting, sticking, gluing or glass blowing…

UK residents only!

Dragon Keeper and Dragon Haven are out now! The first 5 people to RT tweet about the competition get a copy of Dragon Keeper and Dragon Haven.

  3. I am in Australia, not the UK, but I have happily shared this news via thePlenty. What a FANTASTIC idea for a comp – carving or creating a dragon! Love it! Just a pity we don’t all have any memory stone quarries about the place… :P
